Our Spring Wildflower Honey is harvested locally in Buckeye, Arizona.  We are treatment/chemical free beekeepers which means our bees do not recieve any treatments or chemicals that most other beekeepers use.  This honey contains nectar and pollen from the Spring nectar flow.  The plants foraged from include Globe Mallow, Brittle Bush, Palo Verde, Mesquite and a few other local flora.  We use minimal filtration to ensure a maximum amount of pollen content in our honey to help with seasonal allergies.  We never use heat of any kind to harvest our honey, which is a common method for the large scale honey producers.  The use of heat can deplete many of the valuable nutrients and enzymes that make honey a truly nutritional treat.  This particular honey has a pleasant sweet taste with a nice floral additional note, making it very tastey.  This honey is for PICK UP ONLY.  This means no shipping.  The weight of honey makes it very costly to ship and we truly want people to support their local beekeepers.  Also, in order to benefit from the affects on seasonal allergies, it is best to find honey from as close to your residence as possible.  After ordering, please schedule with us a pick up time and date using this email address: HornbakerAcres@yahoo.com.  Please reference your order number in your email.  Thank you!
